Testing is a passion, not just a room full of machines that never get used. We test all wheels, frames, handle bars, stems, brakes and complete bikes in house to ensure every bike and wheel we ship meets or exceeds EN standards.

With QC and sourcing individuals in Taiwan, Southern and Northern China, we are specialist in finding the right part at the right price and deliver it on time. With sales support in Asia, North America and Europe, we are always just a phone call away.


IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
We pride ourselves on being able to take a back of a napkin sketch to a completed product. Our development support spans mechanical and production engineering, to colors and graphics development. We are fluent in Solid Woks, Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. We can also provide basic FEA analysis in house.


Small-Run Assembly and Shipment
Through years of working with some of the most discriminating customers in the world, we have become exceptionally adept at small run, highly specialized production. If you need it, we can provide it.


COLOR AND GRAPHICS DEVELOPMENT
With a dedicated team of professionals at your disposal, we can provide you any level of support you require be it taking your artists files and adapt them to the mechanical requirements so it properly fits the frame to converting rough concepts in to a polished finished product.

Great wheels are more than just a sum of their parts. Every ProBLD wheel is hand crafted, one at a time, by master craftsmen to exacting standards. Process is everything, from meticulous incoming QC to multiple stress and release cycles during the building process. Proprietary testing ensures years of trouble free service. Internal nipples, carbon, and custom esthetics are our specialty.
